A month after her coronation, Twilight Sparkle decides to try out a few new spells. When an age spell goes wrong, she ends up stuck as an alicorn filly. While she tries to find a solution to her dilemma, Twilight becomes dependent on Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie, who end up as her foalsitters, for better or worse. And the answer to her problems might well lie with one of Ponyville's most eccentric figures...

Twilight lifts a pebble with her magic. Really, that's pretty much it. I just wanted to see if I could do a whole story based on a 1-second action.

Newly married Princess Cadance and Shining Armour return home after their honeymoon happy to be home again and ready to help out around the castle however they can. However, when Cadance discovers a small creature hiding in her room, she has a choice to make. Turn the changeling in to the royal guard or keep it a secret.

ANYWAY, this is my Derpy story! Inspired almost SOLELY by a picture I saw. I'll put it in the author's notes of the actual story, as to avoid spoilers here.

I started writing this about a week ago, just before Christmas. Once I started, I challenged myself to finish it before the year ended. And what do ya know, I did! Didn't publish it before then, but still...I felt accomplished.

While she's frustrated at the fact her supply seems to be disappearing into thin air, she's about to realize that she has a much bigger problem on hoof.

Every year around Hearth's Warming eve, Lyra the unicorn dreams about a mysterious figure in a red suit, and every year she goes alone to the place in her dreams, waiting for the stranger to come along. And every year, he's never once been there to greet her.

Will this Hearth's Warming Eve be different than the previous ones, the year her dreams literally come true? Or will she be left alone in the snow once more?
